Smart technologies

iNtellismart® switchboard

At the heart of any hot tub is its control unit. In the Profi Spa range^, this is the iNtellismart^{® control} panel with its own ISM® control system. It was developed on the basis of many years’ experience in the installation and servicing of commercial hot tubs, not only throughout the Czech Republic, to ensure maximum reliability in demanding operating conditions.

Practical features also include the option to control the hot tub directly from the plant room or from the wellness centre reception via a PC application. All you need to do is connect the control panel to the local LAN network.

The control panel allows you to programme the massage, filtration and other functions, so you can tailor the operation precisely to your needs.

Massage pumps

The massage system is powered by powerful and reliable pumps developed specifically for commercial hot tubs, in strict accordance with European standards.

Heating

This instant-flow electric heater with titanium heating elements has been developed for heating water in spas and swimming pools. It maintains a stable water temperature throughout the day, even outdoors. It can be combined with various heat sources, from central heating to heat pumps.

Commercial aerator

The aeration system is provided by a commercial three-phase aerator designed for continuous 24/7 operation. It is therefore designed to cope effortlessly with the high workload of a public wellness centre.

Storage tank

The storage tank supplied has a pre-defined shape, which can be extended as required. On request, we can also manufacture it to fit your plant room. Each tank is thermally insulated, fitted with a lid for easy cleaning, and equipped with a water level monitor connected to an automatic top-up system.

UV lamp

A UV lamp helps to disinfect the water by removing bacteria. At the same time, it effectively breaks down chloramines — the reacted chlorine in the water that is primarily responsible for the typical chlorine odour found in public facilities. Only with the right UV lamp, of sufficient power, in the filtration circuit can you ensure a truly enjoyable spa experience.

Filter pump

The filter pump forms the basis of the entire filtration system. We always adjust its capacity to the required volume of filtered water and to the specific sand filter, to ensure that the whole system operates efficiently and reliably.

Sand filter

In commercial settings, where large volumes of water need to be filtered quickly, we fit our professional spas with sand filters. Their size and sand filling are selected primarily on the basis of the volume of water the system needs to filter.

Automatic dosing

The automated system dispenses both pH corrector and chlorine based on the redox potential and precise PPM measurements. This system is crucial for ensuring consistent quality and the absolute safety of the water in commercial spas. We use tried-and-tested technologies from renowned manufacturers with a long-standing tradition. Regular calibration of the measuring probes is all that is required for the system to operate correctly.

Flow meter

The flow meter continuously monitors the volume of water passing through the filtration system.

iNcontrol piezo buttons

Colour-coded illuminated buttons with an unlimited mechanical service life for easy control of massage functions and lighting. Different intensities and colours of illumination clearly indicate the operation of individual pumps, the lighting and the status of the entire spa.

For just the right colour of water

Choose from a wide range of colours and surface finishes for the acrylic shell. Bear in mind that the colour of the shell directly affects how the water will look inside it.

Light shades make the water sparkle with a bright blue to turquoise hue, blue shades give the water a greyish tinge, and dark shades lend it depth. In larger, and therefore deeper, models, this effect is even more pronounced.

Protects and insulates

You can fit your professional spa with a thermal cover, thereby significantly reducing energy loss. The thermal cover is a key component of the insulation system, allowing you to treat your clients to the experience of year-round bathing under the open sky.

You can choose from a wide range of colours for the durable leather-effect surface (marine vinyl) or the elegant Linea fabric with a Teflon finish. Both options combine functionality, durability and style, and will fit perfectly into your wellness centre.
