Responsibly and consideration

For us, responsibility is a natural part of everything we do. From development and production right through to our relationships with the people around us.

As a family business, we are firmly rooted in the region where we began. And it is here that we have long been giving back our energy and support. We support regional projects, initiatives and individuals, and we actively engage with the community around us. Thanks to these activities, USSPA has managed to raise several million crowns for charitable causes throughout its history.

Region and community

A highlight is the charity auction, which takes place every two years alongside the annual USSPA Sranda Cup & Party golf tournament. The proceeds go towards supporting the Ústí nad Orlicí Regional Charity, and in recent years have been directed primarily towards the Alfa a Omega home hospice.
In 2025, a historic record was set in support of this cause, raising an incredible 1 ,026 ,600 Kč.

Sustainability as a natural standard

We believe in the long term. Products that last. Solutions that make sense. For us, sustainability is a natural part of our day-to-day decision-making – from design right through to production. Our spas are manufactured in the Czech Republic with a focus on efficient operation, a long service life and minimal environmental impact. We use energy-efficient technologies, smart water recirculation systems and carefully selected materials that meet high environmental standards and are recyclable to the greatest possible extent. We systematically optimise our production processes to minimise waste and our carbon footprint.

Our commitment is also confirmed by certifications such as EKO KOM and Zelená firma. The quality we deliver to our clients from Dolní Dobrouč all over the world is endorsed by the Czech Made mark.

ReLife – a second chance

We’re giving a second chance to materials that would otherwise go to waste. The ReLife project breathes new life into materials generated during the production of our spas, transforming them into functional and stylish objects. In collaboration with designer Vojtěch Podlesný, we have created a collection that combines sustainability, creativity and a sense of perspective.

For us, quality is a matter of both attention to detail and our overall approach. Every spa undergoes thorough testing to ensure it meets high standards of safety, performance and durability. We use only first-class, certified and health-safe materials, which ensure reliable operation and long-term comfort.

We also view responsibility as a commitment to continuous development. We regularly showcase our products and innovations at international events, such as the Piscine Global trade fair in Lyon, where we have long represented Czech design and technology on the global stage.

This development also includes projects co-financed by the European Union, which support our export activities and further growth.
